See the NYPD Officers on the top of Bill Lika's hideous slummy third world build that has no temporary certificate of occupancy yet filled with people living there.

One of  such person had some problems today that required the NYPD to send over a Capt. 4 squad cars, 2 Emergency NYPD ESU trucks and an ambulance....

All quietly left after much fan fare.

Sadly Bill Lika was no where to be seen....perhaps at home in Staten Island in his 2 million dollar home that is water proofed and doesn't look like a bomb exploded on the side of it.

Funny that Dept. of Building Inspectors have yet to fine Bill Lika for the failure to maintain the facade of the Berry St. Side of the building at 114 North 7th were it looks like bomb exploded and there are broken pieces of cinderblock and has been since the very beginning and oh yes, the building has not better water proofed.

Bill Lika was not arrested but some neighbors mumbled the NYPD should be arresting him.

What a guy.  His Staten Island neighbors wouldn't put up with his crap but here in Williamsburg it is like he has paid off some Dept of Building Inspectors!

Esposito came across as a big baby and reminds folks of Vito Lopez maybe because they are both big and over weight or was it Esposito being called a liar by community members?

Anyway Esposito does not want to hear about any wrong doings -- just not his thing?

Oh, Bill Lika got another note as well asking that he stop trespassing on his neighbor's property and damaging the wall so you might understand why Bill Lika is considered the neighbor from hell by some folks.

I wonder what his neighbors in Staten Island think.   We hear he lives in a ritzy area where the scummy things he does in Brooklyn to his neighbors and tenants are not tolerated?

It is a lot to plow through but you can go back and look at how this went on and on and Dept of Building was caught in blatant lies and said they came when they did not and more than several occasions.

Look at Gerald Esposito on this blog and google him...don't you love all his gold jewelry.

He was called a liar at the community board meeting documented on this blog by community members and no one defended him or bat an eyelash.

Seemed accepted that Esposito is a liar?

He said he is not your mother or father.....

Seems like community members don't want Esposito for a parent and he ran out of the room like a small child when a community member spoke.

Verizon said if they had been contacted they would have called the NYPD.  You are not to sit on these wires but guess what the NYPD were called and the officers did nothing!

Verizon wants this photo and is going to investigate which is more than Dept of Building has done since the building has not been waterproofed.

Looks like there is no certificate of occupancy but there are people living inside but what does Dept. of Building care.

We do want to thank Dept. of Building for saying no to Single Room Occupancy so that slum lord Bill Lika can’t harass poor people.  He likes to be abusive and creepy to hipsters.    Read some comments gathered here by young folks that have rented from him and are not happy. 

The awful Gerald Esposito, Steve Levin (a City Council speaker lulu recipient got his bonus from Quinn the same day Goldman Sachs got their bonuses so does that mean Steve is a Mike Bloomberg puppet boy?

In the mean time DOB originally approved 3 families but Bill Lika is so loved by DOB that he split each floor in to two units but the balconies out back are shared so looks like illegal structures may be put up to make them in to half balconies but who cares?  

The good news is after years of Bill Lika hell back yard first a garbage dump and swamp, than a garbage dump has now been turned in to a gravel pit so things are looking up.

Hey Bill Lika congratulations on building a building that looks like it was built in a Third World but in a poor country they still build a building better and far more safely than yours.

Department of Buildings allowed the infamous slum lord Bill Lika to move a couple in to 114 North 7th Street without water proofing the building.    The back yard is still a garbage dump and we hear Bill Lika’s friends at Dept. of Building let the slum lord convert what was suppose to be 3 floors for 3 residences in to 6 residences.

Department of building did say no to infamous slum lord Bill Lika when he asked for single room occupancy so they don’t let their slum lord pal get away with everything.

It is cozy and two separate units share a little balcony and hopeful won’t fall off considering how small and cramped the balconies are.  

Bill Lika is a classy guy.   The balconies and design front and back have this bed post glued on look and a third world quality that makes the delipidated brand new build look great if it was 100 years old and in a 3rd world country.  Way to go Bill Lika and Dept. of Building.
